At Cities’ Inspection (CI), we are committed to protecting your privacy.  We use the information we collect about you to process orders for services and to respond to requests for additional information about CI and our services.

What type of information is collected?

When you request information about a CI service or register with our site, we may need to know specific information about you.  This enables us to process your requests and reply to your needs. We may need to know your name, email, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date.  This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

This site may contain links to other sites that are not owned by CI and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of their web site.  We will not pass your information along to the linked site; however, we cannot protect your information if you provide it to that site.

We may monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of our web site.  The information we collect may be used to notify you about important changes to the web site, new CI services, and special notices and information we think you’ll find valuable.  If you would rather not receive this information, you may opt out.

How do we protect customer information?

When you place orders, we use a secure server. This secure server software, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.  Furthermore, customer transactional data we collect is protected against unauthorized access digital certificates are issued by VeriSign, one of the most established signers of digital certificates.

Will CI disclose my information to outside parties?

We will not share information about you with third parties.

How do I opt out, correct and update my contact information?

You may opt out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information about the visitor.  We have provided the following options for removing your information from out database.  If you do so, you will not receive future communications from CI.  In the same manner, you may also change or modify information that you previously provided to us.
