In the Twin Cities, various municipalities have passed an ordinance requiring that a point of sale inspection (TISH) be done by anyone selling their home in that city. We are licensed to perform these inspections and you must have a report completed before putting the home up for sale. You do not have a choice…it is required by law!

These are the cities that require a TISH inspection be done and a sample report:
